The Highest Bidding investor will be the owner of the delinquent property for period of one year. During this time, the investor has no right to renovate or evict the tenant outside of the property. And then, he does not have the power to give the property for rent or other lease purposes. The Tax Lien Holder should wait until the delinquent owners pay back his property taxes completely, if not the property will be registered in the name of investor who bought the property, during auction time.
